IT Supervisor (Priority for Core Banking System-O9)

IT Supervisor is responsible to assist IT Manager and advise, manage, monitor and supervise Senior IT Officer and IT Officer in Khmer Capital Microfinance Institution be smoothly by using IT critical technical to resolve issues in a timely manner.

◾  To customize, configure & set up IP devices for subscribers,
◾  To be responsible for availability of server and subscriber database system,
◾  To operate and maintain server, subscriber database system and billing system,
◾  To install and maintain computers, printers, network devices, internet, email and IT system,
◾  To perform database backup and recovery,
◾  To check all maintenance well prepare,
◾  To ensure security, quality and confidentiality of information system,
◾  To diagnose, troubleshoot and solve a wide range of complex technical issues pertaining to server,
◾  To support sales teams at the field to settle problem and talk with subscribers about technical system,
◾  Resolve problems quickly when possible, following established procedures,
◾  Solving printer and print queue administration issues,
◾  Implement and convey company policies to users,
◾  Other duties as assigned by IT Manager.

Skills And Requirement

    ◾  Female or Male
    ◾  Age 22- 35,
    ◾  Bachelor Degree in IT or related field,
    ◾  Minimum 2 years’ experience related to MFIs or Bank,
    ◾  Good understanding of Computer programing, JAVA and etc.,
    ◾  Understanding of MFIs policies and procedures and business applications in used is a plus,
    ◾  Good communication and interpersonal skill,
    ◾  Flexible, friendly, team build, and goal oriented,
    ◾  Good of English for both writing and speaking,
    ◾  And can work under pressure and deadline committed.
